Please note, you cannot access the facility from the Southton Rd. Exit

Approaching Southton Storage from the west (Loop 410/I-35 area):

Head east on SE Loop 410.

Take the exit towards Espada Road (Exit 43).

Stay on the access road for 2.3 miles.

Southton Storage will be on your right. Driveway is connected directly to the access road.

Approaching Southton Storage from the east (Loop 410-I-37 area):

Head west on SE Loop 410. 

Take the exit towards Roosevelt Ave/Pleasanton (Exit 44)

Keep right towards Espada Rd.

Turn left across the bridge. 

Turn left toward the access road. 

Turn right onto the access road.

Proceed 1.3 miles. 

Southton Storage will be on your right. Driveway is connected directly to the access road.

We maintain a single-entry access point for safety reasons. By limiting the entry points to our facility, we are better able to monitor who is on the property at any given time.

In order for units to qualify as climate controlled, we must be able to guarantee that they are kept at a very consistent temperature. We use wall-mounted air conditioning systems for our air conditioned units, and while they are cooled well, we cannot guarantee that they are kept at a specific temperature 100% of the time.

You’ll be able to access your storage unit daily between 8 am and 9 pm. We also can grant access for customers outside of regular hours by appointment.

Yes, please contact us to make an appointment if you need to access your unit after hours. Please do not attempt to access the facility after hours without prior authorization. Our dogs are not trained to distinguish between customers and criminals, and they may attack anyone entering the facility after hours. By making an appointment, you ensure that we know to secure our dogs in advance for your safety.

No. Southton Storage provides keyed locks for each unit. The cost for your lock is included in our admin fee.

In addition to a gated facility with extra high fencing and bright lighting, our property is guarded by trained K9s 24/7.

Yes! We have several ADA-compliant units. To reserve or rent an ADA-compliant unit, please contact us directly at 830-391-8463 or service@southtonstorage.com.

Our military/first responder discount is applied after presentation of appropriate credentials (DD214, DOD ID, VA card or agency ID card). We prefer to verify your credentials in person. Please call ahead to ensure a team member will be immediately available for verification.
